Rental Agreement
Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your rental reservation. This serves as an agreement to the following:
Price starts at $119 for a one day rental. Themes, special orders, same day orders, additional days and major holidays are available for an additional fee.
Price includes delivery, set-up, and pickup.
By renting from Sunny Side Yard Cards, LLC you agree to release us from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused during your display rental. We also release you from any liability if we injure ourselves while setting up or removing the
display. For the safety of everyone, signs should not be moved without consent.
Do not allow anyone to climb or play on the signs. The stakes are sharp and can cause injury.
Do not attach anything to the signs including streamers or balloons.
Do not allow mowing or trimming near the signs.
I will leave a marketing sign to the side of the display. Please do not move or discard.
Refund Policy
All bookings are final. Refunds will not be provided. You may change the date of your installation with a 72-hour notice, based on availability. A full refund will be issued in the event of inclement weather. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, or high winds. Inclement weather may also force us to pick up the display early to avoid damage or injury. No refund will be issued for early pickup.
Please ensure grass is mowed and lawn is watered prior to delivery. In the event the ground is too hard and prevents us from installing the yard card display, no refund will be issued. No refund may be given for an incorrect delivery address, if the recipient asks us to remove the yard card, we are threatened by animals or people, or we are denied access to a gated community.
